It turns out hard for us to sleep well at night. We all are Busy with our work but we don’t focus on sleep. It’s hard forever to have a good sleep at night.
We don’t always follow the perfect sleeping schedule. After reading this book I found the rhythm to start the perfect sleeping.
You have been sleep-deprived since childhood
I hated waking up at 6 a.m. at school. I thought it was terrible. I had to take the bus to school every morning, which took 30 minutes, but I always got there too early. No matter how early I went to bed the night before, I was always tired. Were your school days similar? Get up early, take a while to get there, and stop there early? If so, it’s possible that forcing your child to wake up early disrupts their circadian rhythms and that they’re sleep-deprived. In 1998, Brown University conducted a survey of its 3,000 high school students and found that high school students who started school before age 7:
At 8.30am she fell asleep within 3 minutes of being pulled from class at 8am. We assessed their sleepiness at 10:30 a.m. This usually only happens to people with narcolepsy.
Experiments conducted in different schools and universities all yielded the same result. Children who start school later do better overall. I remember learning that school started later, usually at 8 a.m.
30:00 PM or 9:00 AM as the case may be: It’s 12am in England and I envy the kids over there. This is still true today. So don’t feel guilty about giving your kids enough sleep, even if you have to skip her first hour. Children are healthier and no longer chronically sleep-deprived.
No alarms
Waking up by the alarm creates distraction in our brain.Sometimes alarm sounds destroy our perfect morning. That creates trouble for perfect sleeping. For perfect sleeping, develop a habit of walking up without alarm. Sleep on proper time so that you can wake up on time.
