Its advanced and efficient public transportation system, high-speed bullet train, amazing technology, and different work are well-known worldwide. The Japanese people are known for their politeness, friendliness, and helpfulness. They are the most punctual people in the world, they always believe in the truth, and they are honest with everyone. The amazing plant of modern convenience and rich cultural heritage make Japan a dream country for Asian people.
Is that the great Japan, after all?
Japan has a major problem with an aging and climbing population; the country has the highest proportion of elderly citizens in the world and a rapidly shrinking worker population.
Discrimination and racism are still issues in Japan with minorities like the foreigners who come there, especially the Asian people who are heavily discriminated against in the workplace and also in social culture. That is the reason that Japan has a very high suicide rate in the world, every year millions of people attempt suicide for several reasons. Japanese society can be cold and unfriendly to strangers, especially the strangers who are staying in Japan.

Japanese culture is diverse, with distinct participants, languages, and social nouns. Adopting those can be challenging for foreigners, especially for Asian people. If Asians want to survive, they need to communicate with others, build relationships, and maintain trust.
Living and working in Japan offers many opportunities, but it also presents unique challenges for Asians.
