Career oriented – A very familiar word! Who doesn’t want to be career oriented? Everyone wants to choose a career of their own choice, which will help them financially and keep them focused on my work. The common mistakes we make in this profession are interrelated. If we stick to correcting one of our mistakes, we are on the brink of solving another. If you look for a job keeping these simple things in mind, then you will not have to remain unemployed at least. And who is employed is preparing for success or walking along.

  1. Finding comfort

We admit it or not we like comfort. Whether we want to stay in our comfort zone which is responsible for our failure. A Man can do anything if he wants to. But this ability is workable when a man can bring himself under control. Success is impossible outside of your comfort zone. And in the case of choosing a profession, when we think that in this profession I have to get up in the morning,  I will not get time to entertain myself unnecessarily and therefore I will not choose this profession, then we are making the first mistake.

  1. Lack of motivation

Although, the benefits of motivation are not lucrative seen but its internal effectiveness is not lessened. It is important to be motivated about the profession that we want to take up because this will help us stay focused.

  1. Know yourself

It’s one of the hardest jobs in the world. It is not easy to know, admit, believe about your own will, power and weakness. But not difficult also. This requires giving yourself time, thinking about yourself, verifying yourself through different works, communicating with different people. If we judge and criticize others, if we did this to ourselves, the relationships between people and this world would be very beautiful.

  1. Be patient

We know the fruit of patience is sweet. Suppose you want a government job, you give the exam once, twice, thrice, then you  give up. You are not eligible , is it like that? No, say it to yourself that I accept that maybe I cannot get a government job, but something will happen because that is right for me, maybe the government job is not mine. So what will I do now? I will ask myself again, what do I want, why didn’t my exam go well, what other work can I do well? What other job can I get? How did he get that job? Am I going back to any of my bad habits? How can I improve myself from the previous me?

  1. Get rid of the thought of shortcuts

Everything on the shortcut path is a shortcut. For Example, if you believe someone you chose not to  climb the ladder and asked him to drop the rope, when you start to climb, you have a quarrel  with the trusted person on the way up and he leaves the rope behind or someone else comes and cuts the rope for his choice. Then you will be back at the previous place with the shortcut as well.

  1. Thinking about careers during studies

Finish your studies first and then you can think about a job. Who said that he would not do anything else except feeling frustrated at the end of his studies. When you see that everyone with you is doing something and you are not getting a job. You will complain that the job market in the country is bad, the country is bad, the people are bad and you are playing the words of despair. Those who have waited for the end of their studies like you, believe that only they will nod their heads to your words. Others don’t have time to listen because they are busy with work

  1. Not creating an attractive CV

Your profile picture is taken by DSLR, your post is praise worthy and connects every day thousands of followers. But your CV is empty, it looks like a biodata sent for marriage, you will not be given a girl/boy, you will never be given a job. While you have time, work on what you have to bring to the CV to make it attractive. You can’t write biryani after eating rice as a status in your CV. The Authorities will find out your name.

  1. Not having enough knowledge about the specific profession

You are interested in getting a specific job. Suppose you get it and then you feel it did not happen as you had dreamed without knowing. The dream was broken. Now drink water and go to the bathroom. There is no need to sleep.

  1. Lack of knowledge in other subjects besides academic knowledge

He studied only for exams and did not engage himself elsewhere. He only clapped his hands at school, college, university events, programs, scouts, service work and seminars. Therefore, when writing something extra in the CV as one’s own skill, you have to clap your hands because you will not get anything for writing with the hand.

  1. Not doing an internship/work for experience

Regardless of your current status, try to join a job-related internship or a small job of your choice. Learn about computers, if you can edit videos with technology, you can make excel sheets, slides.

An unemployed person will know how much we need money to make life beautiful. And thousands of unemployed people are drowning in the job market in search of their profession.
