Google Limited Liability Company (Google LLC) known as Google is an American multinational technology company specializing in Internet-based services and products. Google was founded on September 4, 1998 by two Stanford University students, Larry Page and Sergey Brin.

Every year Google launches internship program for enthusiastic students. The programs are conducted in two phases, summer and winter.

  2. Computer Engineering. 
  3. Business. 
  4. Linguistics. 
  5. Information Science or 
  6. Related fields.

Qualities that an intern should possess

  • Ability to speak and write fluently in English.
  • Returning to the specified degree program after completing the internship.
  • Experience using systems software or algorithms.
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux or Windows environment and APIs.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP and network programming.
  • Proficiency in programming languages ​​(eg, Java, Python, PHP, SQL, HTML, C and C++)

DURATION AND REWARD 

The internship program is located in different locations around the world. Interns are selected through written test and viva. 3 to 6 months or more is required to complete the internship. Interns receive a stipend of $1,000 to $3300 for the program.  Finally the interns are awarded certificates.
