Keep your warm clothes and blankets clean: Winter is a season when different kinds of diseases break out. To prevent allergies and contagious diseases, one should thoroughly disinfect their clothes and blankets.
Adequate amount of sleep: Longer nights can mess up with your bodily clock and sleep schedule. Not having proper sleep or oversleeping will only leave you feeling more tired. So you should try to follow a routine and fix your sleep schedule.
