There is no better time than this. This is the time they need to be aware of their options . They need to know their strengths and likes to save them the hassle of feeling unhappy or lost in the job world.if they are informed properly they can make decisions that can save them tons of time and resources. Also this way we can make sure that every field is having the most skilled and best possible candidates as when we like something we perform the best in that field. So in the long run it can create a big impact on the country’s overall picture by creating skilled and knowledgeable citizens.
With all that saying it is the person that is most benefited from this. He or she is saved from the trauma of improper self actualization and can get a clear vision of what he wants from life and how to get it. This is a gamechanger for a young adult starting life without the shadow of parents.
