Ireland is renowned for its high-quality education system, with over 5,000 globally recognized programs.

Its universities are among the best in the world, and the country is home to many top corporations. Ireland offers part-time work and a 12-month stay-back option for career progression.

As the only English-speaking country in the Eurozone, it prepares graduates for the future by producing distinctive, imaginative, and creative graduates.

Ireland is also a leading research and innovation hub, with numerous research centers and facilities across disciplines.

Many international students from developing countries may find studying in Ireland prohibitively expensive, with annual living costs ranging from 7,000 to 12,000 euros and tuition fees ranging from 15,000 to 25,000 euros.

The two types of government scholarships available in Ireland are the Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship Programme (duration varies by program length but is only applicable to research-oriented programs) and the Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships (duration of one year regardless of study program, master’s or PhD).

To be eligible for these scholarships, students must often get an offer letter from the University of Ireland, and accepting an offer letter from one of Ireland’s top colleges is favorable.
