Internship Overview:

Participants must prepare a motivation letter and resume before filling out the application form. The application form should be written in English and French language.

Participants do not need to take any IELTS test for this internship as well. It is an unpaid scholarship.

The interns will be laced with opportunities to learn and support the whole work of the sector.

Throughout the internship, participants will have the opportunity to engage in various projects within the human resources domain, including management support, recruitment, policy coordination, and strategic planning.The interns will be assigned to work on simulated projects. 

The experience will not only deepen their understanding of technical, professional, and intercultural skills but also allow them to obtain practical job experience along with advantage training and professional development prospects.

Additionally, the internship ensures a healthy work-life balance because every intern will receive two and a half days of leave per month. This facility ensures UNESCO’s commitment to nurturing talent prioritizing the well-being of interns.

The internship program duration will be up to two to six months as possible ; 

 Eligibility of Application :

  • The application deadline for this wonderful opportunity is 30th June. Selected interns will be infested with opportunities to work with 2000 employees around the globe.
  • Applicants must be at least 20 years old.
  • Candidate  Must have a Master’s or PhD or equivalent degree.
  • Must hold a Master’s or PhD degree within 12 months prior to commencement of internship.
  • The candidate should be proficient in English or French. Their working knowledge of other languages such as French or English will be considered an asset.
  • The  Applicants should be computer literate. The Applicant should have an excellent command of computer systems and office-related software.
  • The Applicant Must have a teamwork mentality in any environment. Be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good communication skills are mandatory.
