You are living your life in happiness or unhappiness! it doesn’t bother others, but on your side, it matters. If someone asked you, “Are you living in bliss or not?” What will be your answer? People are living their life to bring happiness. But the thing is, to achieve future happiness they are working hard, doing some acts that are not appropriate for others, & present life passing in displeased. We should understand that happiness lies in simple things in your everyday life what you act in the present, with your family. But you are submerged in the hope of happiness that bliss will come after you if you work hard in the present by earning money and achieving success by sacrificing your joy. Believe me, this thought won’t work in your real life.

People are working hard and hard to achieve their ultimate goal of happiness, but they can’t see that happiness is behind them & they are ignoring the fact. Living blissfully doesn’t necessarily require grand achievements or experiences in your life but you need to just appreciate the beauty of life’s small moments. In this fast-paced society, it’s necessary to give more importance to cultivating a mindset that embraces simplicity and finds happiness in your everyday life. For example- you are a private university student & for your pocket money, you work as a tutor and teach them at 8 PM after your varsity time. One day a heavy rain started & you felt to not to go, but you had to go because of the strict guardian. But after some time the guardian called you & said,” We are outside, so don’t come today”. That time whatever you feel is known as living bliss or joy, which comes from a simple thing.

Discovering the Beauty of Simplicity

As a human, we often quest for happiness in our lives, chase after external resources of fulfillment, get promotions at the workplace, get a new gadget which could be a new car, or a luxurious vacation & vice versa, which will make to lead a luxury life. We shouldn’t forget that these can make an easy life but can’t give permanent happiness. True happiness can’t be found in the chasing of success, It’s found in the moments when we pause to appreciate the beauty of a sunset, the laughter of loved ones, or the warmth of a cup of tea on a rainy day. These simplicities mean a lot in living bliss and also for an individual’s mental peace.

Finding Joy in Everyday Moments

Living blissfully means finding joy in every aspect of life, which can bear in any small or simple things. In the morning, through nature taking a walk, feeling the warmth of sunlight on our skin savoring the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, and writing stories by witnessing drops of rain with a cup of tea can make a simple day special. These words make you feel annoyed to hear but trust me, these ordinary moments hold the potential to bring immense happiness in your life. Whether it’s spending quality time with family and friends, engaging in meaningful conversations, or simply sharing a smile with a stranger, connection with others can make your wonderful day.

Accepting Simplicity

To live in a society, where we have to value excess and consumption, adopting a minimalist lifestyle can be a primary act of self-care. Remember people will always judge you if you make a mistake or not. Starting to lead a simple life, isn’t a cup of tea & accepting simplicity isn’t easy for everyone. But mentally & physically to live in bliss, simplicity can vary a meaningful priority in our life.

So, living blissfully is not about chasing after money or other successes that are external & not permanent. In a world that often glorifies busyness and achievement, let us remember to slow down, savor the present moment, and find beauty in the ordinary. The real joyful moment you will feel is that time when your inner soul confesses “Yes I am happy”, & that moment you will know the meaning of finding joy in the simple things. After all, true bliss lies not in the destination, but in the journey itself.
