The month of Ramadan is the month of patience, forgiveness, and purity. In this month, Muslims all over the world sacrifice their meals and their routine lifestyle for the sake of Allah’s pleasure. They refrain from any sort of immaculate pleasure and conceal themselves with prayers and other religious tasks throughout the month of Ramadan. With that, people’s old routine gets somewhat messed up, consequently, they get hold of a new one which they might find it hard to succumb to. So this blog gives a brief guideline on how to organize your life productively during the month of purity.

 

During Ramadan, a lot of us eat unhealthy meals like meals consisting of heavy oil and fat enrichment. Due to fasting throughout the whole day, Junk foods are also very unhygienic for us, which results in the demotion of our healthy lifestyle standards. So to maintain our health, we should be more aware of the food that we are eating. We should drink more water and have more fruits, which will keep us hydrated during the summer season’s day-out heat. Also, instead of drinking low-quality soft drinks or beverages, we should drink electrolytes as a substitute.

 

Exercising during the Ramadan is one of the toughest jobs one can do. Having no food intake can cause any sort of injury under such circumstances. Although, we can do light work on ourselves and stay conservative during fasting. We should try to eat as much as vegetables and fruits as much as possible, to ensure hygiene and maintain better injury recoveries.

 

Maintaining the bridge between study, work, and prayers is very hard to do during Ramadan. However, in this month of blessing, we should pray to Allah as much as possible, because this month is very special religiously. Not giving that up, we should try to study conservatively and not take things very hard, because our body doesn’t remain hydrated and energized throughout the day due to fasting. Working 9-5 can be very hard, but it is possible if we don’t waste our energy on unnecessary things, and staying preservative can really help keep our limited energy last longer.

 

By Allah’s blessing, our health, body, and mind remain very pure during this time. So we can do everything that we used to do during our regular work times. We can practice different skills and values during this time as some of us have an extra amount of leisure time during this special month. Patience, control over the mind, truthfulness, brotherhood, and unity can be learned properly as our daily life tasks have been updated. Breaking fast together and praying together proposes an image of universal brotherhood, which can improve the standard of our lives very promptly. Also, according to different research, fasting actually boosts our metabolic rate and increases our body’s hygienic security. Although for some people, the month of Ramdan may seem very tiresome, by living conservatively and following the above suggestions, one can very easily maintain a productive lifestyle during the month of Ramdan.
